Carolina Lopes has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Auxiliary of Human Resources at Ellus Jeans Chile, where they were responsible for the recruitment and selection of operational and administrative positions, screening, prospecting, calling, and receiving candidates, applying logical reasoning tests, individual and competency interviews, and group dynamics. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Human Resources at Procter & Gamble. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Assistant at Cuattro Trade Marketing, where they were responsible for the recruitment and selection of national level strategic and operational positions, performing triage, calls, application and correction of specific tests for each area, alignment of vacancy profile with managers, individual interviews by competencies and collective, group dynamics, and issuance of interview opinion. In 2015, they were promoted to Human Resources Analyst PL at Cuattro Trade Marketing, where they were responsible for the shared management of the Recruitment and Selection Squad (10 people), national service for large companies, application of dynamics, internal communication, focus on large volume selection processes, operational, administrative and management vacancies, competency interviews, and organization of company actions and events. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition at Karvi.
