JYOTHI SURAPANENI has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they were a Human Resources Assistant at TAKENOTE. JYOTHI then moved to pakuranga prvt limited in 2016 as an Assistant Manager Human Resources. In 2019, they began working as a Business Development Manager at Karwell Technologies Inc.

JYOTHI SURAPANENI completed a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada between 2007 and 2011. Following this, they completed a PGD in Business Studies at Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2015.
