Stephen Hayes

Stephen Hayes is an Architectural Engineering Technologist with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Karwood Contracting Limited since July 2012. In this role, Stephen creates working drawings for commercial and residential projects, meets with clients to develop customized floor plans, produces high-quality 3D renders, and performs quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with building codes. Previously, Stephen was employed at Fougere Menchenton Architecture from April 2010 to June 2012, where responsibilities included completing working drawings for large-scale commercial projects, conducting building code reviews, and performing fire safety assessments. Stephen holds a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the College of North Atlantic, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
