Christopher Walker

Christopher Walker is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics with extensive experience in biomarker discovery and analysis of genetic data. Currently serving as the Director of Bioinformatics at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. since July 2021, Christopher integrates biomarkers into clinical evaluation and directs data analysis for correlative studies. Previously, as Associate Director and Senior Computational Biologist at Karyopharm Therapeutics and LEUKEMIA CLINICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION, respectively, Christopher coordinated research efforts for clinical-stage agents and led large-scale studies in acute leukemia. With a robust academic background, including a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from The Ohio State University, Christopher has contributed to significant advancements in cancer genetics and has collaborated closely with clinical and regulatory teams.
