Tomer Mark serves as the Senior Vice President of Medical Strategy at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. Previously, Tomer Mark held the position of Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from September 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included Clinical Director of the Plasma Cell Disorders Program and the Autologous Stem Cell Transplant Program. Prior to this, Tomer Mark was an Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine from June 2008 to July 2016, directing the Inpatient Multiple Myeloma Program and serving as Associate Director of the Myeloma Center. Tomer Mark began medical career as an Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine after completing a fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, a Doctor of Medicine from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University. Early education was completed at the Bronx High School of Science.
