Dylan Saldanha

Dylan Saldanha is a tech lead at Karza Technologies, where responsibilities include designing and overseeing a video call service using WebRTC and developing scalable APIs for the Video KYC product. Prior to this role, Dylan served as a senior software engineer at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, contributing significantly to the Intelligent Automation CoE and focusing on client proposals, POCs, and architecture design. Early career experiences include positions as an associate consultant and graduate engineer trainee at LTI, where involvement spanned training resources and interviewing candidates, as well as a data science internship at NuVeda LLC, working on a project aimed at quantifying user learning. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
