Craig Minoff is currently the VP of Product & Company Operations at Kasa Living. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Airbnb from September 2014 to February 2019. During their time at Airbnb, they led the Organic Host Growth team which worked to attract more supply to the platform globally with a focus on non-professional hosts. Craig also oversaw the "Supercities" initiative, running host growth laboratories in Paris and London.

Before joining Airbnb, Craig worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from October 2010 to January 2013. During their time at BCG, they worked on a variety of projects across different industries with a focus on CPG and retail. Some of the projects they worked on include coordinating over 10 leading global financial institutions on a mobile payments innovation initiative, providing analytic support and preparing content for "The $10 Trillion Prize", and segmenting the global wine market in a strategy overhaul of a $600M premium wine producer.

Craig Minoff has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University. Craig also has a degree in Economics from Universidad de Salamanca.
