Roman Pedan is the founder and CEO of Kasa Living. Roman was previously an investor at KKR & Co. L.P. from September 2012 to August 2015 and an associate at Walton Street Capital from July 2010 to August 2012. Roman also co-founded Bridge the Void, LLC in November 2009 and worked as a summer analyst on the quantitative CMBS trading desk at Citi in June 2009.

Since founding Kasa Living, Roman has raised $50M to build a technology-driven real estate company that offers an end-to-end solution for renting furnished apartments.

Kasa Living has grown rapidly since its launch in early 2017, and is now available in 8 major US cities: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver, Austin, Charlotte, Washington DC, and Boston. The company has plans to expand to additional markets in the coming year.

Roman Pedan received their MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at The Wharton School, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in finance and real estate. Roman also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied computer science. Mr. Pedan attended high school at Swampscott High School and also completed a STEP program at Tsinghua University.
