David Turner

David Turner is the current Chief Technical Officer at Kasada. Prior to this, they served as Head of Engineering at Zip Co Limited from December 2018 to July 2020. From September 2017 to December 2018, they were the Engineering Team Lead at OFX. David served as the Software Development Team Lead at Domain.com.au from June 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, they were a Senior Developer at Ansarada from August 2013 to June 2014 and at HotelsCombined.com from January 2011 to August 2013. David Turner started their career as a .NET Developer at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in February 2009 and left in January 2011.

David Turner has a degree in Computer Science from Western Sydney University. David also has certification from Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster and from APMG International as a Certified Agile Project Management Practitioner. Additionally, they have certification from Amazon Web Services in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA).

They work with Nick Rieniets - Field CTO, Simone Archbold - Chief Experience Officer, and Jonathon Hope - Head of Product. Their manager is Sam Crowther, Founder.
