👨💻 Lorenzo Tocco

Lorenzo Tocco has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. 👨‍💻 Lorenzo is currently working at Kasada as an Engineering Team Lead. Prior to that, they were the Head of Engineering at VOLY, where they led and developed the engineering team and was responsible for delivering features for the ReactNative Mobile app. Before VOLY, Lorenzo was a Tech Lead at Woolworths Group, where they managed a hybrid team for the BigW Mobile App project and established quality assurance strategies. 👨‍💻 Lorenzo also worked as a Senior iOS Engineer at WooliesX, where they collaborated with a cross-functional team to build the flagship Woolworths Mobile App. Early in their career, Lorenzo held roles as a Senior iOS Engineer at SafetyCulture and Butterfly Systems, where they delivered impactful solutions and optimized software. 👨‍💻 Lorenzo also worked as a Lead iOS Engineer at Jobinhood and gained experience as a Search Engine Evaluator at iSoftStone. Prior to that, Lorenzo worked as a Consultant at Fincons Group and as an NMC Technical & Software Developer at Sirti S.p.A. throughout their career, Lorenzo has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, deliver quality solutions, and drive growth and innovation in various organizations.

Lorenzo Tocco began their education at Liceo Classico Cavanis, where they pursued Classical and Ancient Studies from the year 2000 to 2005, earning their High School Diploma. Following this, they joined Politecnico di Milano from 2005 to 2009 to pursue a Bachelor Degree in Computer engineering.
