Lucy McCue

Lucy McCue has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Lucy began their career in 2010 as a Recruitment Consultant at Zenopa, where they specialized in placing Sales, Marketing, and Executive personnel into the Healthcare industry. In 2012, they moved to Eden Scott as a Recruitment Consultant, working in the Renewable Energy sector. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Charterhouse Partnership, where they focused on placing systems, systems safety, and ILS Engineers into the defence sector. In 2014, they joined Firebrand Talent Search as a Senior Talent Agent, specializing in permanent recruitment solutions for the Marketing, Creative, and Digital industries. In 2018, they began working at Culture Amp as a Talent Manager and Senior Recruiter. Finally, in 2022, they joined Kasada as a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Lucy McCue attended The University of Edinburgh from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Medical Biology.
