Bright Amankwaah CSSM has a diverse work experience in various roles related to security, fraud prevention, and asset protection.
Bright started their career in 2009 as an Application Support Specialist at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. In 2010, they worked as an Instructor at IPMC College of Technology.
From 2011 to 2014, they joined Vodafone as a Fraud Analyst and later became a Specialist in Fraud Prevention, where they reviewed transactions on the Vodafone network to prevent and detect possible fraud.
At Vodafone, they also worked as a System Intelligence Analyst, conducting reviews of fraud detection and physical security systems. Bright served as an Investigations and Intelligence Specialist, conducting investigations into fraud, loss, theft, and employee misconduct.
In 2015, they became the Asset Protection and Security Intelligence Manager at Vodafone, responsible for implementing controls and security solutions across Ghana.
In 2020, they joined Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC as a Security Manager, responsible for overseeing security operations.
Currently, they hold the position of Head of Security & Brand Protection at Kasapreko Company Limited, where they manage the overall security strategy for a group of companies.

Bright Amankwaah completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Cape Coast from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they hold various certifications including being an ASIS member, Certified in Security Supervision and Management (CSSM) from the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO), and certifications in business process re-engineering, cyber-crime investigations & digital forensics, and Telcom Fraud Specialist.
