Kyle Carter has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kyle started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Best Buy in April 2017 and worked in that role until April 2018. From November 2017 to November 2018, they also worked as a Personal Trainer. In November 2018, Kyle joined the Chicago Police Department as a Police Officer and served in that position until January 2022. Finally, they joined Kaseya in January 2022 and progressed through different roles, including Associate Account Manager, Account Manager Team Lead, Senior Account Manager Team Lead, and currently as a Senior Account Manager and Key Accounts Team Lead.
Kyle Carter earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College from 2016 to 2018. Kyle also attended Augustana College but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In addition to their education, Kyle obtained certifications as a Police Officer from the Chicago Police Department, a Personal Trainer Certification (PTC) from NASM OnPoint Academy in November 2017, and CPR certification from the American Heart Association in January 2021.
