Lesley Hamlin

Lesley Hamlin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lesley is currently the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Kaseya, where they manage corporate entities worldwide and handles litigation, M&A, IP, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President and General Counsel at Wrike, leading the legal separation from Citrix and overseeing the sale process to new private equity owners. Lesley also held the position of Vice President and General Counsel, Operations and Emerging Businesses at Citrix, where they led the purchase and integration of Wrike and managed legal and commercial operations. Before that, Lesley worked as the Director and Senior Counsel at Iron Mountain, focusing on intellectual property and leading legal diligence for acquisitions and divestitures. Lesley also served as the Director and Assistant General Counsel at Textron Systems Corporation, handling transactional work and negotiations for government contracts. Additionally, they worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Textron Inc., an Intellectual Property Associate at Wolf Greenfield & Sacks, and a Product Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company.

Lesley Hamlin holds a JD degree in law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Lesley also has a Master's degree in Intellectual Property from the same institution. In addition, they obtained a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Lesley Hamlin has a Mini-MBA in the field of study from Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Lesley has additional certifications in Corporate Governance from Wharton Executive Education and is registered as an Attorney with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Lesley is also a Registered Patent Attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
