Srinivasan Ramanujam serves as the Head of Data Services at Kaseya since June 2024. Prior to this, Srinivasan held the role of Head of Data & Analytics Platforms, Architecture and Strategy at Truist from October 2015 to March 2024, where significant contributions included the design and execution of enterprise-wide transformations in data and analytics, alongside enhancing data literacy and leveraging AI/ML strategies. As Division Manager of Data Strategy and Next Gen Platforms at Truist, Srinivasan led a global team in optimizing data processes post-merger of SunTrust and BB&T, collaborating across 64 segments and improving over 2,000 business processes. Earlier experience at Infosys included serving as Client Delivery Partner, Delivery Manager, and Operations Manager, with a focus on automation solutions and client service delivery for major financial institutions. Srinivasan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
