Randy Malluk has extensive experience in the field of data analytics and management. Randy has held various senior positions in different companies, showcasing their expertise in leveraging data to enhance business performance.
Starting in 2004, Malluk worked as a Senior Consultant at OpusHES, where they were responsible for evaluating loan applications and determining creditworthiness. Randy then joined Mindray in 2005 as a Financial Analyst, handling global financial reporting, cost accounting, and fixed asset auditing for a cardiology medical device manufacturing company.
In 2007, Malluk joined ToysRUs and served in multiple roles, including Senior Analyst in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Pricing Analytics. Randy played a pivotal role in extending ToysRUs' global ecommerce marketing reach and optimizing pricing strategies to drive revenue and margin growth.
Malluk co-founded Kindermint in 2013, a company focused on buying and selling luxury children's apparel in mint condition. Randy served as the Chief Analytics Officer and spearheaded the development of a high-performance digital coupon marketing practice.
From 2013 to 2016, Malluk served as the VP of Data Science Strategy and Analytics at RevTrax. Randy led groundbreaking data strategy, decision science, modeling, and business intelligence initiatives for a large client portfolio of Fortune 500 retail and CPG brands.
In 2016, they joined Triad as the Global SVP, overseeing various analytics and insights operations teams. Malluk defined the strategy for Triad Retail Media’s Global Digital Marketing and Analytics teams, driving high campaign performance and optimizing online marketing strategies.
Malluk then held the role of Vice President, Analytics Practice Director at 22squared, where they used creativity and cultural insights to help clients build their brands and drive business growth.
In 2021, they joined Code3 as the EVP of Data Science and Analytics, leading the growth and development of the company's data analytics and measurement offerings to help clients make better marketing decisions.
Currently, Malluk serves as the EVP and Chief Data Officer at KashKick, a rewards platform. Randy is responsible for managing and improving the company's data capabilities, reporting, and analytics functions. Additionally, they are focused on evolving the tech-stack to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Randy Malluk has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Randy has also completed the Chief Technology Officer Program at Wharton Executive Education and has pursued Marketing Management at Harvard Extension School. In addition to their education, Randy has obtained certifications in Product Management and Strategy as well as Corporate Governance and Board Leadership from The Wharton School, both in 2023.
