Lester Marks

Lester Marks currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at Kasirer LLC, overseeing the Non-Profit team focused on building robust advocacy strategies for clients in New York City government. Prior to this role, Lester worked as the Director of Government Affairs and Administration at Lighthouse Guild, a national healthcare organization. With a background in government relations and legislative initiatives, Lester has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Monroe College and held positions in government offices at both the city and county levels. Lester holds a Doctor of Law degree from New York Law School, a Master of Public Administration from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Manhattan College.
