Karolina Biernacka

Karolina Biernacka is currently a Project Manager at Kasko. Prior to this, they worked as a Jr. Project Manager at FlixBus from August 2018 to July 2021, where they were responsible for managing projects to expand the FlixTrain business and increase the impact the train product had on the company's success. Karolina also supported the product and design conception for FlixTrain's fleet and its platform, managed relationships with business partners operating FlixTrain lines in Germany and Sweden, and supported maintenance partners in developing their business as a part of the cooperation with FlixTrain.

From August 2016 to July 2017, Karolina worked as an Insurance Manager at Volkswagen Financial Services – Portugal, where they helped with the introduction of a new insurance product to the Portuguese market. Furthermore, they were responsible for end-of-month reports, claims invoice management, marketing, and the management of an insurance training program.

Karolina Biernacka has a MSc in Management with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Karolina also has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a major in Insurance Management from the WelfenAkademie Braunschweig. Karolina is certified in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the ESSEC Business School and in Delegate Iraq from the Harvard World Model United Nations. Karolina is also certified in Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen from the IHK Braunschweig.
