Oksana Stīna

Oksana Stīna is the current Head of People & Culture at Kasko. Prior to this, they held HR positions at Zabbix and Manpower Latvia. Oksana has also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Krisostomus Latvija, a Key Account Manager at Berlitz, and an IT Recruiter at Exigen Services. Oksana began their career in recruitment at PRIME Recruitment SIA in 2003. In 2002, they were an Office Manager at Philip Morris International.

Oksana Stīna has a Bachelor's degree in English Language & Literature from Latvijas Universitate, and a Master's degree in International Business from RISEBA University.

Oksana Stīna reports to Nikolaus Sühr, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Selina Kristin Pira - Head of Marketing, Mārtiņš Stūrnieks - Head of PM & Delivery, and Matthew Wardle - CTO & Co-Founder.
