Tricia Knezek has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Tricia began their career at Tandy Brands Accessories in 2007, working in human resources until 2010. Tricia then moved on to work as an HR Specialist at the City of Port Lavaca from 2010 to 2011. Tricia then took on the role of HR Manager at Big Six Torque & Test from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they are employed at Kaspar Companies as an HR Generalist since 2014, and they have also served as the HR Director since September 2016. Tricia's work experience demonstrates their expertise and commitment to the field of human resources.

Tricia Knezek obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Tricia attended the university from 2004 to 2007.
