Elena Morgun

Elena Morgun has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Elena started their career in 2009 as a Talent Supply Manager at Procter & Gamble. Elena later took on various roles at the same company, including as an Employee Relations Manager and HR Business Partner for Logistics & Purchasing in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. In 2013, they became the HR Business Partner Sales Ukraine and Recruiting Manager at Procter & Gamble's Boryspil Plant. Elena then moved on to modnaKasta in 2018, where they currently hold the position of Head of HR BP Department, overseeing HR activities in multiple departments such as IT, Marketing, Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, and more.
