Adam Joseph

General Manager, Mid-Atlantic & Southern Regions at Kastle

Adam Joseph is the General Manager of Kastle Systems Mid-Atlantic and South-East. He joined the organization in 2019 and is responsible for growth, leadership, operational excellence, and customer success across the Kastle Systems and Urban Alarm brands. He has extensive operating experience as a senior executive and advisor in both private-equity and public market companies and an innovator in developing managed technology services for various business to business enterprises.

Previously, Mr. Joseph established a reputation for delivering service and technology excellence at scale macross multiple industries. As General Manager Global Managed Services and later its Government Division at financial technology leader Concur, he established operations in three continents and hired over 1,000 personnel to support Concur’s growth to $1B in revenue and eventual sale to SAP for $8 Billion. Earlier in his career, Adam was part of the DMV’s entrepreneurial community by founding AIB Software, a software quality testing company, which he sold to Platinum technology, TruSecure, an innovator in managed security services – now a division of Verizon Business, and VRGateway an on-line travel company, which was acquired by LeisureLink.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of California at Berkeley in Economics. He is Vice Chairman of Potomac Whitewater and on the Board of Directors for the American Canoe Association, the national governing body for Olympic Canoe and Kayak.
