Quan Trinh

Quan Trinh has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. In 2016, they worked as an Exchange Student at SONG NGUYEN EDUCATION SERVICES. From 2018 to 2020, Quan served as an Assistant Manager at Quan Kiet. In 2021, they had a Marketing Internship at Locker & Lock Vietnam. Currently, Quan is employed at Katalon, where they started as a Customer Technical Support and later transitioned to a Junior Customer Support Specialist role.

Quan Trinh pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from RMIT University Vietnam, completing the program from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, Quan Trinh studied International Business for a year at the University of Finance & Marketing - UFM, from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Quan Trinh has obtained several certifications. These include The Art Of Public Speaking Course from EIY Public Speaking and Professional Development in October 2021, Learning Google Data Studio for Marketers from LinkedIn Learning in September 2021, SEO for Social Media from LinkedIn Learning \u22c5 Course Certificate in June 2021, a Certificate of Achievement for QIV F&B Enrichment Course from Q Industries Group in April 2021, Clerk, Accounting/Payroll certification from Kimi Training in December 2019, Global Leadership HCMC Certificate from RMIT University in August 2019, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Illustrator CS6 certifications from colorME Sài Gòn in July and June 2019, respectively. Finally, Quan Trinh also holds a Common Purpose Certificate from Common Purpose, obtained in 2019.
