Sanya Mittal (She/Her)

Sanya Mittal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sanya began their career at HDFC Securities as a Project Trainee, where they gained experience in working with SQL Server and different servers and backups. Sanya then interned at Galaxy Automation Pvt Ltd as an Advisory Intern.

In 2018, Sanya joined Cognizant as a Training Analyst, where they received training in Big Data technologies and worked on a cloud migration project for a leading American banking client. Sanya also performed development and QA level testing using Unix, Ab initio, and S3 for storage. Sanya provided production support by monitoring issues, documenting solutions, and optimizing storage files.

In 2019, Sanya joined CleverTap as a Customer Success Engineer. Sanya interacted with clients globally, helping them utilize CleverTap for retention and growth. Sanya resolved product-related, analytical, and technical requirements for clients and acted as the primary interface to communicate their requirements to the engineering and product team.

Sanya was later promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager at CleverTap. Sanya combined their strong technical aptitude with functional and strategic skills to maintain direct relationships with clients. Sanya'smain objective was to decrease customer churn, increase upsell, and improve customer lifetime value. Sanya successfully onboarded new customers and provided product value adoption across various business verticals.

In 2022, Sanya joined Katalon as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they acted as a trusted advisor to clients, managing mid-market accounts for the US and APAC regions. Sanya'sday-to-day activities involved pipeline building for expansion/renewals and aiming for an overall net revenue retention rate of over 100% per month.

Sanya Mittal completed their high school education from Delhi Public School Pune between 2007 and 2013. Sanya then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Engineering from NIIT University from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Sanya obtained the IAB Digital Marketing and Media Foundations Certification from Google Digital Garage in May 2020.
