Jake Biles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jake started their career in 2006 as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where they served until 2012. Following that, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2013 as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined Katalyst, first as a Program Manager until 2017, and then as a Sr Account Manager since January 2018.

Jake Biles graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in American Politics and Law, with a field of study in Political Science and Government. In 2015, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Darla Moore School of Business. In terms of additional certifications, Jake obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in June 2018. Jake also obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2014, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2013.
