Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Katalyst India oversees the planning, execution, and monitoring of the organization's four-year program designed to empower young women in STEM for leadership roles. The team ensures the effective delivery of financial scholarships, internships, extensive training, mentorship, industry visits, and additional interventions. Their efforts are concentrated on enhancing employability, leadership skills, and capacity for community involvement among girl students across multiple cities.
