Femi Makanjuola, PMP has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Femi has worked at several different companies and held various roles throughout their career.

In 2008, Femi started their career at Baker Hughes as a Field Engineer, where they gained experience in the Haynesville Shale, Marcellus Shale, and Eagleford Shale. Femi worked in this role until 2011.

Following their time at Baker Hughes, Femi joined Swift Energy Company in 2011. Femi held multiple positions at the company, starting as a Performance Engineer before becoming a Contract Drilling Engineer in 2012. Femi then transitioned to a Drilling Engineer role and worked on projects in the Eagleford Shale and Lake Washington (Salt Dome) until joining Katalyst Data Management in 2016.

At Katalyst Data Management, Femi has held several roles, including Well Data Specialist, Indexing Supervisor, Project Manager, and Global Program Manager. Femi'smost recent role is Director of US Operations, which they started in May 2023.

Femi Makanjuola, PMP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Critical Thinking from Lynda.com in 2017, Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2016, and Well Control from Wild Well in March 2016.
