Hans Govind

Hans Govind has extensive work experience in software development. Hans is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Katana Cloud Manufacturing since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Exove from April 2012 to September 2021, holding various roles such as Senior Back-End Developer, Technical Competence Manager, Tech Lead, and Team Lead.

Before joining Exove, Hans worked as a Developer at iGame Ltd from November 2011 to April 2012, where they focused on back-end development and worked with various CMS and Zend framework. Hans also gained experience in web services and third-party gaming APIs.

From June 2009 to August 2011, Hans worked at Bquad Interactive as a Developer, managing a team and overseeing web consultancy, application development, secure web application development, SEO/SEM, database administration, and technical specifications.

Hans started their career as a Freelancer in 2008, working as a Developer until June 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Developer at Proximity BBDO Indian Ocean from June 2005 to June 2008.

Throughout their career, Hans has demonstrated a strong background in software development and leadership roles, with expertise in various technologies and methodologies.

Hans Govind obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Hans studied at the university from 2000 to 2003.
