Nicanor Bautista has a long and varied work experience. Nicanor began their career in 2005 as a Finance Manager at Grand Strand Sports & Imports/Kia of Greenville. In 2007, they joined Convergys as an Operations Manager and was promoted to Team Leader, Associate Recruiter, and Customer Care Agent. In 2017, they moved to Concentrix as a Service Delivery Executive, where they successfully managed the implementation of a new CRM software, analyzed CSAT scores, and spearheaded standardized operational procedures. In 2020, they joined Katapult as the Director of Partner Operations and Sr. Manager Vendor Performance.
Nicanor Bautista obtained a Bachelor's degree in Customer Service Support/Call Center/Teleservice Operation from Bellevue University between 2008 and 2016. Nicanor has also obtained several certifications, including a Service Hub Software Certification from HubSpot in October 2020, a De-Escalating Intense Situations certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, an Improving Your Judgment for Better Decision-Making certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, a The Future of Performance Management certification from LinkedIn in April 2020, a Customer Service: Managing Customer Feedback certification from LinkedIn in March 2020, and a Customer Service Leadership certification from LinkedIn in January 2020.
