In 2017, they joined Protect America as Director of Customer Care and was responsible for overall customer experience operations. In 2019, they joined Katapult as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations. During their time at Protect America, they improved the Better Business Bureau rating from D to A and earned the company's first accreditation. In 2019, their work was recognized by Newsweek as the Best Customer Service for home security providers.

Weston Twomey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from St.Edward's University between 2003 and 2007.
