Mitchell Stephens has over 35 years of work experience in the field of engineering and manufacturing. Mitchell began their career in 1985 as a Sr. Equipment Design Engineer at Ohi America /Robert Bosch / Belcan Corporation. In 2000, they moved to Webasto Roof Systems as an Advanced Engineer Manufacturing Manager. In 2007, they became the Plant Manager at EnovaPremier LLC. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Tesla Motors and then as an Engineer Manager at Martinrea Heavy Stamping. In 2019, they joined Katayama American Company, Inc. as a Sr. Engineering Manager. In this role, they achieved a number of successes, including reducing overtime from $241k to $103k within 30 days and reducing the workforce for their Honda work cell from 16 to 9.
Mitchell Stephens began their educational journey in 1979 when they attended the University of Cincinnati until 1985. Mitchell then attended Lake Michigan College from 1992 to 1993. In 2000, they returned to Sullivan University and earned an AS in Business. From 2009 to 2012, they completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, from 2012 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Sullivan University.
