Chris Mayes has extensive experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Chris began their career at Trish Mc Evoy Ltd as a Sales Director, where they achieved significant year-over-year growth by implementing impactful beauty events and training programs. Chris oversaw a field team and achieved exceptional leadership recognition.

Afterwards, Chris joined NARS Cosmetics as a Lead Trainer, where they collaborated with the Field Sales team to generate sales lift and improve brand execution. Chris also developed product training programs for internal and retail partner teams.
