Joanna W. then served as a Flagship Store Manager at APM Monaco and as a Sales Professional at Cartier. Joanna gained experience as a Special Event Coordinator at Mott 32, where they excelled in facility booking and event planning. Joanna W. also worked as a Product Specialist at both Murad and Kate Somerville Skincare. Joanna'smost recent position is Store Director at Maison Kitsuné, where they were involved in managing the construction, marketing, and recruitment of high-caliber talent for Canada's first Maison Kitsuné Flagship Store.

Joanna W. started their education journey in 2008 at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design, where they pursued a Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design. Joanna completed this program in 2012. During the same year, Joanna attended the Blanche Macdonald Centre and obtained a Freelance Makeup Diploma specializing in Bridal, Fashion, and Editorial Hair and Makeup.

In 2020, Joanna enrolled in the British Columbia Institute of Technology to further enhance their skills in Management Skills in Communication and Negotiation. Although no completion date is provided, they are currently pursuing this field of study.

Apart from their formal education, Joanna has obtained additional certifications. In 2019, they obtained CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the Canadian Red Cross. In 2020, they also acquired a certification in Managing Stress for Positive Change from LinkedIn.
