Jessica Jaimee Cruz began their work experience in 2013 as a Sales Associate at UNIQLO. In 2014, they worked as an Operations Specialist - Google Business View at Google (via Adecco) until 2015. Starting in 2015, they joined Kateeva, first as an Accounts Payable Specialist and then as a General Ledger Accountant.

From 2008 to 2013, Jessica Jaimee Cruz obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
