Millie Bedini has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Millie most recently worked as the Head of Talent and Culture at Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton, where they led the company's talent acquisition and development strategies. In July 2014, they completed the "Complete Employment Law UK" certification from JSB - Learning I Development I Consulting. In November 2016, they obtained the "Mental Health First Aid" certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Later, in October 2018, they achieved the "Employment Law USA" certification from JSB - Learning I Development I Consulting. Lastly, in January 2018, they received the "Emergency First Aid at Work" certification from St John Ambulance.
