Legal and Governance

The Legal and Governance team at Kativik Regional Government is responsible for overseeing the organization's legal framework and ensuring compliance with governance standards. They provide legal advice, manage socio-judicial matters, and support municipal management, while also guiding the Board in policy formulation and adherence to the James Bay and Northern Québec Agreement.
