Cindy Vanden Berg

Cindy (Price) Vanden Berg has extensive experience in executive-level positions and compliance roles. Cindy started their career in 1997 as an Environmental Scientist at Chugach Alaska Corporation. From there, they moved on to Alutiiq, LLC where they served as the Manager of Corporate Programs from 2000 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Katmai Government Services, LLC as the Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer. Their most recent position was at Ouzinkie Native Corporation, where they held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer starting in December 2014.

Cindy (Price) Vanden Berg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Oregon, which they obtained in 1995. Cindy further pursued their education and completed their MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2005 to 2007. In 2013, Cindy also obtained the certification of Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
