Hüseyin Kocabıyık

He was born on January 16, 1963, in Konya. His father's name is Ahmet, his mother's name is Fatma. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Konya and his higher education at Ankara University DTCF. A.U. He received a master's degree from the Department of International Relations. He worked as a professional manager between 1993-1994. He chaired the Center for Analytical Studies. Between 1995-1999, he worked with the 53-54 and 55th Governments as the Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister. He directed research on Social-Political-economic and international relations. Between 2004-2006, he was the general coordinator of the think-tank named Policy Center. He was a board member of the Turkish Democracy Foundation. He worked as a columnist in Sabah and Yeni Asır Newspapers and as a Political Consultant in A Haber TV. In 2013, he worked as the Secretary-General of Eskişehir Turkic World Capital of Culture Agency. He served as the Aegean Representative of Turkuvaz Media in 2013-2015. He was elected as İzmir Deputy in the 25th and 26th terms. He served as a member of the National Defense Commission and the Security and Intelligence Committee of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, and the Chairman of the Turkey-Afghanistan Parliamentary Friendship Group.
