Nur Z. has extensive work experience in the IT industry. They started their career in 2011 as an IT Help Desk & Support in EIS Services (M) Sdn Bhd, providing 1st level IT support for clients such as 7-Eleven and RHB Bank. In 2012, they worked as an IT Helpdesk cum Engineer Support in Portal One(M) Sdn Bhd, where they provided 1st level IT support service for clients and performed desktop troubleshooting. From 2012 to 2015, Nur Z. worked at IBM in various roles, including IT Administrator, Cloner, and Service Delivery Specialist, providing IT admin support, onboarding/offboarding staff, and performing IT technical and troubleshooting support for external clients and internal users. They also worked as a Senior Associate, Customer Service (IT Technical Support Professional) at Kyndryl from 2021 to 2023, where they provided technical support to end users and played a key role in IT projects and infrastructure. Currently, Nur Z. is working as a Project Management Support Specialist at KATSANA Integrated Vehicle Operations & Fleet Management Platform.

Nur Z. pursued their education with a focus on computer science and networking. Nur obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Networking and Security) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Diploma in IT Networking at Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Perlis from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Nur Z. has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Nur received the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2022. In May 2022, they completed the program "Preparing for Your Associate Cloud Engineer Journey" offered by Google Cloud Skills Boost for Partners. In November 2020, they obtained the IBM Agile Explorer certification from IBM.
