Nicholas Arons

Nicholas Arons is a Partner at Katsky Korins LLP, where an extensive background in transactional law and international client representation is utilized since joining in September 2017. With a decade of experience, Nicholas has focused on major Latin American family offices and executives, providing expertise in cross-border transactions, business acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex trust execution. Previous roles include Partner at Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger LLP, serving from January 2015 to June 2017, and Associate from October 2008 to January 2014. Nicholas also held positions as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals and a Fellow at the Institute for International Law and Justice at NYU School of Law. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies and a Doctor of Law from New York University School of Law, alongside a Fulbright Fellowship in Sociology and Anthropology from the Federal University of Ceara and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Yale University.
