Danielle Spero

Danielle Spero is a seasoned legal recruiting professional currently serving as the Legal Recruiting Manager at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since April 2019, overseeing the recruitment of non-partner candidates and Summer Associates for the firm's New York, Washington, DC, and Charlotte offices. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions in legal recruiting at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP from August 2015 to March 2019, beginning as a Recruiting Assistant and advancing to Recruiting Coordinator and Legal Recruiting Specialist. Earlier experience includes a position as an Analyst/Wealth Management Intern at Morgan Stanley and internships at the Eagleton Institute of Politics and the New Jersey Department of Human Services. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women’s and Gender Studies and Political Science with a minor in Public Policy from Rutgers University, completing studies in 2015.
