Lisa Featherson

Lisa Featherson serves as Chief Talent Officer at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since August 2024. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Norton Rose Fulbright from June 2018 to August 2024, including Chief People and Development Officer, U.S. Managing Director of People & Development, and U.S. Director of Legal Talent Management. Prior to that, Lisa was the Director of Legal Personnel & Recruiting at Chadbourne & Parke LLP from May 2005 to June 2017, overseeing strategic initiatives related to legal personnel and recruiting. Early in the career, Lisa worked as a Legal Recruiting Assistant at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP and as part of the Special Events team at BR Guest. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.
