Stephen Dwight

Stephen Dwight serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Takeda since January 2021, providing comprehensive global talent management support, including People Analytics. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of VP, Talent Management at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from January 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included developing a global center of excellence in succession, learning, and performance management, alongside co-leading an innovative initiative utilizing AI and machine learning for career development. From January 2005 to December 2018, Stephen was with Novo Nordisk as CVP of Talent & Leadership, spearheading global leadership development and engagement initiatives, and earlier as Vice President of Talent Management, leading a substantial team in talent management processes. Stephen's career began at Bristol Myers Squibb as Director of Talent Management and as Associate Director of Leadership Development, followed by a similar role at Sepracor Inc. Stephen holds a B.A. in Psychology from Northeastern University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University.
