Tim Little

Tim Little is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Co-head of the New York Real Estate Practice at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP since January 2005. With extensive experience in real estate finance, sales, acquisitions, development projects, and both domestic and international real estate fund offerings, Tim Little has developed a robust practice that also encompasses real estate workouts, distressed properties, and the resolution of partner disputes. Prior to this role, Tim Little was a Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 2001 to 2005 and at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 1985 to 2001. Tim Little holds a JD from Harvard University (1985) and a BS in Environmental and Business Economics from Cook College - Rutgers University (1982).
