Christopher Harney (Chris)

Christopher (Chris) Harney is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation and complex commercial disputes. Currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Theodora Oringher PC since November 2019, Harney's practice encompasses a wide range of legal matters including creditors' rights, securities and financial services, and breach of contract, among others. Prior to this role, Harney was a Litigation and Bankruptcy Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, focusing on complex commercial and bankruptcy litigation, and an Associate at Querrey & Harrow, Ltd., specializing in similar areas. Additional experience includes teaching LSAT courses and tutoring, along with earlier roles at Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP, providing project support in insurance fraud litigation.
