Kathleen Twomey

Kathleen Twomey has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Kathleen most recently worked at Katz Gluten Free as an R&D Bakery Product Manager since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Pastry Cook at Abc Kitchen from April 2021 to November 2022. Kathleen also gained culinary skills as a student at the Institute of Culinary Education from August 2020 to April 2021.

Kathleen previously worked at Danone as a Product Development Technologist from September 2018 to August 2020, contributing to product innovation and development. Kathleen also served as a Dietary Aide at HOLLAND CHRISTIAN HOME ASSOCIATION from May 2015 to August 2018, and as a Research Assistant at Rutgers University Sensory Lab from September 2017 to June 2018.

Kathleen Twomey pursued their education at Rutgers University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science. Following this, they attended the Institute of Culinary Education for the academic year 2020 to 2021, specializing in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
