Kathy Weir

Kathy Weir is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in residential management and team leadership. Currently serving as the On-Site Resident Manager at Katz Properties Inc., Kathy oversees ongoing improvements at Oakland Manor Apartments, including an upcoming window replacement project. Previously, Kathy worked at Optimum Property Management as a Building Manager and Resident Manager, successfully achieving full occupancy and enhancing resident satisfaction through effective coordination of maintenance efforts. Earlier career roles include Property Manager at DS Rentals and Depot Supervisor at Alpha Baking Company, as well as Property Manager at Nankin and Associates, where Kathy significantly improved occupancy rates.
