Tayler Wormmeester, MPA, is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KSM (Katz, Sapper & Miller) since August 2021, responsible for managing campus recruiting events and coordinating interviews. Previously, Tayler served as a Staffing Coordinator at Amazon for over three years, facilitating numerous New Hire Events and Orientations, and held the role of Sr. Human Resources Assistant, supporting managers and leading project initiatives aimed at reducing roster errors. Tayler's career began with roles as a Career Assistant at Ball State University and a Customer Service Representative at First Bank Richmond, combined with an internship in Human Resources at Amazon. Tayler holds a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on Innovation and Social Change from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University.
