Anna Raptis is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and female entrepreneurship in Latin America. Currently serving as a Kauffman Fellow Class 28 at Kauffman Fellows since June 2023, Raptis is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Amplifica Capital, a female-first VC fund focused on activating women's capital in the region. Additionally, Raptis is involved with various organizations as an investor, board member, and partner, including roles at 500 Startups Latin America, Angel Ventures, and Co-Madre. Raptis has a strong background in consulting and investment, having worked on midstream energy projects in Mexico while also participating as an angel investor in the fintech sector. Raptis holds an MA in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide.
