Amanda West has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. Amanda started their work experience at EntreFEST in 2012 as the Executive Director. In 2014, they co-founded Startup Champions Network and also worked as Social Media Coordinator for Revolution Ventures. In the same year, they co-founded Seed Here Studio, where they served as the CEO until 2016. Amanda also worked as the Co-Founder and Community Manager at Vault Coworking & Collaboration Space from 2011 to 2015.
In 2014, Amanda joined The New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative as a Co-Founder and Board Member. Amanda later became a Team Lead at Vulcan Inc. for the Agenda Design & Facilitation of the Ebola Innovation Summit in 2015. Additionally, Amanda worked as the Team Lead for the ESHIP Summit Community Team at the Kauffman Foundation from 2017 onwards.
In 2015, they also took on the role of Program Co-Director for the Witching Hour Festival at The Englert Theatre. Amanda became a Board Member and Vice President for Iowa City UNESCO City of Literature in 2017.
Throughout their career, Amanda West has showcased their passion for supporting entrepreneurs, creatives, and innovators, having been involved in various organizations and initiatives promoting their growth and success.
Amanda West attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Economics.
